  • How long will my order take to ship?
    LIVE SALE TIMELINE: DAY 1: Live Sale DAY 2: Invoicing DAY 3-5: Packing DAY 6: Ship WEBSITE PURCHASES: Website purchases will take 5-7 days to ship.
  • How will I receive my tracking number?
    You will receive a tracking number sent to your email. All orders are shipped through USPS, so please allow 7 business days for tracking numbers to update.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! However, please keep in mind that packages can be delayed due to being held by customs at the country of receipt. Additional custom fees may be required depending on your country and is the responsibility of the buyer to pay. International shipments are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Please purchase at your own risk, as Arilyn Crystals is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
  • What happens if I receive an item broken?
    If you receive a broken item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your package. I will need to have proof of the item that is broken in order for you to receive store credit.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    No, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please be sure you claim responsibly.
  • What if my package is delayed, damaged or lost?"
    After packages are dropped off at the post office, it is out of my control if a package is delayed, damaged or lost. If you need assistance with locating your package, please fill out a claim with USPS.
